Asher Point Austin Concierge Bone Awareness Event
We recently had the pleasure of spending a fun and engaging day with the wonderful residents of Asher Point Austin Concierge! The event focused on empowering residents with practical knowledge and tools to support an active, independent lifestyle. Together, we explored important topics like bone health and safe movement practices—key components of aging well and maintaining mobility.
Residents enjoyed meaningful conversations, asked thoughtful questions, and participated in guided exercises designed to promote strength, balance, and confidence in daily activities. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect, learn, and move together—and we loved every minute of it!
